All Blumat products are covered
by a 36-month warranty

All Blumat products are covered by a 36-month warranty from the date of purchase. If a material or manufacturing defect occurs within this period, we will either repair the products concerned free of charge or replace them. So if you have cause for complaint, please contact the dealer who sold you the product or contact us direct.

U.S. E-Commerce Warranty Policy

For products purchased through e-commerce retailers in the United States, the Blumat 36-month manufacturer warranty applies only to Blumat products purchased from the following authorized U.S. distributors:

  • Blumat Drip
  • Sustainable Village LLC
  • Happy Hydro
  • Victory Permaculture LLC

Blumat products purchased through any other e-commerce seller or unauthorized distributor are not covered by the Blumat manufacturer warranty.

Products sold through unauthorized U.S. e-commerce channels are not authorized for Blumat's U.S. manufacturer warranty program and may not be eligible for warranty service, repair, replacement, or other manufacturer warranty benefits.

All other warranty terms remain unchanged. For warranty service, please contact the authorized distributor from whom the product was purchased or contact Blumat directly.
